Q: Is a deed reference or copy of deed required to commence a search?
- A: A search could be commenced with the current owners name and address. However, deed information or a pid or pan number would be preferred.
Q: What is the length of time required to complete an average search?
- A: This is difficult to determine due to the various activity or problems which could be encountered during the course of the search and therefore, we are unable to provide customers with the actual time to complete any given search.
Q: Are judgment searches provided with all searches?
- A: Yes, however, the number of years you would like judgments searched for (5-20years) should be noted when requesting your search.
Q: How will my search be delivered?
- A: All our searches are scanned and emailed, or, can be sent by courier by request.
Q: What is the turnaround time for subsearches?
- A: We provide a one day service on subsearches.
Q: Are ppsa searches included with all your search requests?
- A: Ppsa searches must be requested along with your real property request.
Q: When a complete search is not required, could you locate a deed and fax or email it to us?
